All notarial services are performed by duly commissioned and authorized notaries public who meet applicable certification, training, and regulatory requirements. Notaries are bonded and background-verified, and are assigned to each appointment and confirmed prior to service delivery.
Fees & Statutory Limits
Notarial fees are assessed in accordance with applicable law, with statutory act fees subject to legal limits and any permitted service-related fees disclosed prior to confirmation and assessed separately.
Refusal of Service
CertiNotary may refuse or discontinue service when required or permitted by law, including situations involving insufficient identification, lack of capacity or willingness, non-compliant documents, conflicts of interest, or suspected fraud or coercion.
Right to Modify or Update Requirement
Compliance requirements and service eligibility may be updated as necessary to reflect changes in law, regulation, or operational standards.
No Guarantee of Acceptance
CertiNotary does not guarantee acceptance of notarized documents by receiving parties, agencies, institutions, or foreign authorities. Acceptance is determined solely by the receiving entity based on its own requirements and policies.
Record Keeping & Privacy
Records of notarial acts are retained solely for legally required and authorized purposes. Access is limited to authorized use, and personal information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and security standards.
